We had such a great experience working with Chris as our seller’s agent during our relocation. Selling a home while going through a move can be stressful, but Chris made the process so much easier for us. From the start, we really appreciated how honest and straightforward he was. He gave us realistic advice about pricing and put together a strategy focused on getting our home sold, rather than just telling us what we wanted to hear or suggesting an unrealistic price. We were under contract within 24 hours of listing, so his strategy clearly worked! Chris was also great about communicating with us. He was always responsive when we had questions and made sure we had the information we needed in a timely manner. We never felt like we were left wondering what was happening or what we needed to do next. We’re really grateful for Chris’s guidance and honesty throughout the process. Chris is the best. As first time home buyer, he took time to explain every detail of the process. The care he took to communicate and make sure we felt supported, made us appreciate him even more. He was generous with his time, and always willing to make time for us to view numerous homes. Chris has excellent negotiation skills and really advocated for us when we put the offer in on our house. He picks up every detail in a home and gives you space also to see how you feel about a home before giving his opinion. He wanted us to be the ones to decide we loved the home. He is so professional and came so highly recommended to us. He met every expectation and more. Even after we got the keys to our home, he reaches out to see if we need anything.
